SHIPMENT POLICY

SHIPMENT. SkinPoetry1 LLC will ship products within 3 to 5 days of the original order. Express shipping is not available at the time. Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order. We offer standard shipping through USPS: United States Post Office. The shipment tracking numbers are provided to customers via email, after a full payment for the purchase is received and the order is completely processed. All coatomers are responsible to pay for their own shipping (which is included in the total cost) of the purchase made for any skinpoetry1 product. Fees for shipping will vary depending on the region for the shipment to be delivered. 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURNS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
