SHIPMENT POLICY

SHIPMENT. SkinPoetry1 LLC ships within 3–5 business days of order placement. We offer the following USPS shipping options:

• USPS Ground Advantage – Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail – Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

All customers are responsible for shipping costs. Tracking is provided for all orders. Express shipping is not available. which is included in the total cost) of the purchase made for any skinpoetry1 product.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order. (Fees for shipping will vary depending on the region for the shipment to be delivered. 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURNS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returned/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
